We were sitting in our home church on October 1, 2008 – my birthday, of all days. During the praise and worship session, I was thinking, meditating, chewing over, mulling over, etc. concerning all the “IT” words that I felt the Lord had spoken to me over the last few weeks.
On the surface, it seemed live most of the “IT” words seemed to point out that the Lord was getting a little upset with us. It seemed as though our “waiting” and not “doing” had possibly aggravated Him a bit.
As we were entering into the ”worship” part of church, I asked Him what we needed to do to get right with Him, what we needed to do to get back on His good side. The following is what I sensed Him saying in answer to my question.

HOW HE LOVES US
“Yes, my child, I am worthy of your praise. I and I alone am worthy to be praised and worthy to be worshipped.
Just as you praise me, I also give a measure of praise and glory to you because you are my child; you are part of my body.
One of the reasons I can praise you is that you are proving to be steadfast; you are not giving up. You have learned and are learning that I am with you even when you have gone through the valley of the shadow of death. You have not given up and I, the God of heaven, praise you for that.
Do not play humble with me now. It is okay for me to praise you and to give you glory! Do I not change you from glory to glory? If I did not give you glory, how could you change from glory to glory?
So allow me to brag on you to all heaven and to all eternity, just as you brag on me to those on earth.
So, don’t think that I am always getting on you even though it sometimes feels like it.
Just as you tell others about me and do not deny me, I sing over you and about you to all creation!”
All I ask of you is that you pray about this. If it applies to you and your life, take it to heart. If it does not apply, either back-burner it or rejoice and revel in it.
