A CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP

There is a change in the Leadership. There is a calling to step up and out to the Leadership you have been called into. There has been a change in the leadership in the physical realm. The changes first happen in the spiritual realm before the physical realm. You have all seen the changes in the leadership in the physical realm. Have you seen the change in the spiritual realm? Not to the extent that is needed or necessary.

I am ready for My body to take the Leadership role and move with the power. The time for My church to be a considered a force is NOW.

The mind set has to be changed. You have the mindset of a servant and you have served well. You have learned to be humble and pray. You have learned to wait upon Me and you have sought Me with your whole heart. Now is the time to think like a leader. I am releasing the anointing that was released on Joshua, Son of Nun, when Moses laid hands on Joshua to take over the leadership. Thus says the Lord God Almighty!

Again and again and again the Lord told Joshua to be strong and courageous. That is so important to remember that you be strong and courageous as you move in leadership and listen for the Lords instruction. As the shift begins to happens you will feel insecure and the people that are on the other side of the shift are not going to be kind and loving about the change that is affecting them.

The fight is on and you that will step up to the leadership will be equipped. Remember that Joshua and his army had to go and fight an army that had horses and chariots, which was like fighting a high tech army. Joshua’s army did not have the equipment to fight equally. Joshua’s army had the Lord and he won! He had to look past what he was seeing and he had to bring his thoughts into captivity and he had to be STRONG and COURAGEOUS!!! We must do the same, we must not look at what we are seeing in the natural, we MUST look at what the Lord is telling us. We MUST bring our thoughts into captivity and we MUST be strong and courageous. No matter what the battle looks like.

Change your thoughts to be the thoughts of leaders. Think like a conqueror. This will not be an easy transition and you have to have your thoughts lined up with the Word of God. You need to change the way you talk. You language needs to be that of a leader. Pray that Holy Spirit speaks through you at each and every moment you speak. You need the vision of a leader you need to be able to see that the enemy look strong but you need to see yourself as conquering the enemy.

Rise up and take the Lords church into a new and timely shift. The Israelite’s enemies hearts melted with fear upon hearing what the Lord was doing on their behalf so shall it be with the enemies of the Lords church. The Lords church is positioned to now move in more power. The Lords church is to be a force that will be known worldwide.

Step into your position as a Leader in this movement. Be Strong and Courageous. Pray for one another.
