A Word from God at Pearlene's Soaking   Soak in My River of Presence:

          "Pain only lasts for a little while, child.  When your heart is pierced - if you lean into Me and not your own understanding, then your heart becomes more supple - more giving - allowing Me to do a good work in you.  It is through suffering that you become the soft clay I need to re-shape and re-form your heart.  But always remember that during these times of pain, I am closer to you than ever.  My hands are literally holding your heart and when you allow yourself, I will pull you into the depths of My heart.

          Remember, child, that your suffering only lasts for a little while.  Joy comes in the morning, and when you allow Me in - into that wounded place, the place where your spirit bleeds - then joy will come in the mourning.

          Let Me in - pull Me in deeper and My water will pour forth into your spirit bringing new life from that place where death has come.  Trust in Me to complete this work in you.  Trust in Me to carry you through the dark valleys.  Trust in Me to protect you and bring you healing.  Lean into the loss and empty yourself into Me, so that I can fill you with My Spirit.

          I know your loss - I know because I feel it too.  I have felt the pain of death and loss when Lazarus died.  I felt the pain of his sisters.  I know the pain of betrayal - I know because I was betrayed for 30 pieces of silver.  Judas was my disciple and yet he betrayed Me.  I know the pain of loneliness - I because My Father turned from Me while I hung on the cross.

          Every wound, every loss, every pain you have suffered - I too have suffered.  But I see the victory in your pain!  I know your life story and if you stay in Me as I remain in You, I will bring you back to that place with Me - that place of hope, that place of renewal, that place of joy!

          I love you, My child, and I will never leave you or forsake you.  My Words are good and nourishing food for your spirit.  My ways are life to you and My burden easy. 

          Chose to rest in me and I will complete a good work in you.  Amen
